When you make your reservation for trips from the airport you provide them with your flight information and they monitor your flight to make sure they are ready to pick you up when you land. Every person that I know that has used this service has received the same outstanding service that I receive. I recommend their service to anyone who needs transportation. Their rates are very competitive and who wouldn't want to ride in a nice car vs taking a cab and not knowing what to expect.
